Haven’t seen first video but this one has great advice

Great video I don’t know what I’m doing wrong I talk to the customers but none of them seem to be motivated enough. What’s the trick to making them understand you really are trying to help them.?

Elliot, it may not be that you are doing anything wrong. This business can be a numbers business. We have to talk to many people to find someone willing to sell at a deep enough discount. It may also be that you are not targeting sellers that are motivated enough. Hey Brian…good series. I have learned in life that most things are very simple and are common sense, but figuring out the simple usually requires either learning from experience, or from someone else’s experience. It seems we have to learn the hard way until we figure out the easy way.
I used to work from a to-do list, then started a business where I had clients I worked with on a certain set schedule every week for years, so my schedule was set for me and I got away from my to-do list. This video was a good reminder to set my schedule back up so that it works for me sine I will be walking away from my old business soon. Thanks!

Greg, thanks for responding! We appreciate it. You are right on the money, some times it pays off to go back to simple. Its key to stick with what works for you. I find that if I over complicate certain things I dont stick with them
